From February 28 to March 2, 2025, Associate Professor Thuss Sanguansak, Vice Dean for International Relations and Corporate Communication of the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University (MDKKU), participated in the 1st Belt and Road Eye Health Forum, the Shanghai International Ophthalmology Forum, the 16th Shanghai Jiao Tong University Ophthalmology Forum, and the 5th International Forum on Thyroid Eye Disease at the Shanghai International Convention Center, China.
The prestigious event was hosted by Professor Fan XianQun, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Vice President of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Dean of the School of Medicine at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. The forum brought together leading ophthalmologists and medical experts from around the world to exchange knowledge, innovations, and strategies for improving global eye health.
Distinguished Lecture on Polypoidal Choroidal Vasculopathy (PCV)
During the event, Associate Professor Thuss Sanguansak delivered an insightful lecture on Polypoidal Choroidal Vasculopathy (PCV), a complex retinal disease that presents significant challenges in diagnosis and treatment. His presentation provided valuable knowledge to the international ophthalmology community, emphasizing recent advancements in research and clinical approaches for managing PCV.

ระหว่างวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ ถึง 2 มีนาคม 2568 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ธรรศ สงวนศักดิ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์และสื่อสารองค์กร ได้รับเกียรติเป็นตัวแทน คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เข้าร่วมงานประชุม “ 1st Belt and road eye health forum & shanghai international ophthalmology forum ” ณ นครเซี่ยงไฮ้ สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน
โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันและการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ นวัตกรรม และประสบการณ์จากจักษุแพทย์และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสุขภาพตาจากทั่วโลก ซึ่งจะเป็นการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในระดับนานาชาติ และยกระดับการรักษาประชาชนอย่างมีคุณภาพ

การแต่งตั้งสู่คณะกรรมการระดับนานาชาติ
รองศาสตราจารย์ ธรรศ สงวนศักดิ์ ได้รับเกียรติจากที่ประชุม แต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่ง ” คณะกรรมการบริหารระดับนานาชาติ (International Board) “ ให้กำกับดูแลและกำหนดทิศทางเชิงกลยุทธ์ขององค์กรที่มีขอบเขตการดำเนินงานในระดับโลก.
ความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาสุขภาพดวงตาโลก
